Damage to Association property can come from many different sources. In can result from a weather event, an Association contractor, or a Unit Owner just to name a few. We are here to help the Community in addressing damages which occur to your property. We can assist the Board and Property Managers with processing damage claims to the Association’s insurance carrier. The contracts, which we prepare with Association contractors, always address the contractor’s responsibility for restoring the Association’s property caused by the contractor’s negligence.

 

The Firm has a successful history in requiring restoration of the Association’s property which has been damaged by either the negligent or intentional conduct of a Unit Owner, a Unit Owner’s guest, a tenant, and or a pet.
