In representing Community Association’s for the past 25 years, we have gained extensive experience in various aspects of Real Property Law. Routinely, we are called upon to review and when necessary prepare easements which are recorded against the Association’s property. We have experience in negotiating monetary consideration for the Association when granting easements across the Association’s property.

The Firm understands the implications of restrictive and protective covenants which apply to the Association’s property. On an almost daily basis, we review title searches which include but are not limited to recorded deeds, mortgages, docketed judgments, lis pendens, tax liens, and other encumbrances upon title.
