In representing Community Association’s for the past 25 years, we have gained extensive experience in various aspects of Real Property Law. We have experience in negotiating monetary consideration for the Association when granting easements across the Association’s property.

On an almost daily basis, we review title searches which include but are not limited to recorded deeds, mortgages, docketed judgments, lis pendens, tax liens, and other encumbrances upon title.
